Caring for the environment
Just as we look after our patients, so we care for the environment. We recycle chemicals and aluminium foil, and use amalgam separator to ensure no mercury-based fillings are discharged into the environment.
Giving you choices
Beata Dabrowska has been our principal dentist for more than 15 years. She is highly experienced and prides herself on quality treatment and attention to detail. Originally from Poland, Beata graduated with honours in 1988 from the medical academy in Wroclaw. In 1993, she started in private practice in Australia. Beata believes everyone deserves the same respect and attention. She’ll involve you in discussions on treatment and costs, and will always try to give you choices.
Jaina Chhanabhai is excited to join Boroondara Family Dentist. She graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2013 and has since worked in Tasmania and regional Victoria. Jaina enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and loves to help anxious patients get the treatment they need and deserve. Jaina has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and can discuss a number of options including clear aligners, braces and other orthodontics appliances to achieve your smile goals.
Shirley Li completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Melbourne. She has worked in both metropolitan and regional areas in both private and public sectors. Shirley enjoys doing all aspects of general dentistry with a special interest in preventative and restorative dentistry. She believes building long-term relationships with each patient is important, understands the anxiety that comes with dental treatment and aims to provide high-quality and stress-free dental treatment. Coming from a Chinese background, Shirley can speak fluent Mandarin and English. Outside dentistry, Shirley enjoys gardening and baking
